摘要
在四丙基溴化铵 正丁胺体系中合成不同晶粒大小的TS 1沸石 ,采用IR、XRD UV Vis、SEM、2 7AlMASNMR对其进行表征 ,并以丙烯环氧化反应为探针考察其催化性能。结果表明 ,当TS 1晶粒的b轴小于 1μm时 ,晶粒变化对丙烯环氧化活性的影响不大 ;而当b轴大于 1μm ,且反应介质中H2 O2 浓度较高时 ,随着晶粒的增大 ,催化剂活性急剧下降 。
Titanium silicalite 1(TS 1)with different crystal sizes were synthesized in the system of TPABr n butylamine by adjusting the formation of gel and the method of crystallization. The synthesized materials were characterized by IR,XRD,SEM,UV Vis,and 27 Al MAS NMR.The effect of crystal size on epoxidation of propylene with dilute H 2O 2 was investigated.The results showed that,when b axis of TS 1 was less than 1 μ m,the activity of TS 1 changed a little with the increase of the crystal size.When b axis of TS 1 was larger than 1 μ m and the concetration of H 2O 2 in the reaction medium was high,the activity of TS 1 decreased quickly with the increase of the crystal size. This demonstrated that these was diffusion limitation when the epoxidation was carried out over TS 1 with larger crystal size.
