该文通过探讨创造服务名牌、执行服务承诺、加强服务的有形启示等来塑造企业服务形象的途径 。
By analyzing the creation of famous service brand,the implementation of service promise and the reinforcement of expression of service,the authors discuss ways of creating service image in order to provide reference to management of service.
