摘要
以棕色田鼠的耗氧量为指标 ,探讨了雌 (哺乳和非哺乳 )、雄棕色田鼠能量代谢的特征 .结果表明 :在热中性区 (2 0 .0~ 2 5 .0℃ ) ,棕色田鼠静止代谢率为 2 .46 0 1mlO2 / g/h ,是期望值的 175 .70 % ,其中哺乳雌鼠为 2 .5 843mlO2 /g/h ,是期望值的 190 .6 8% ;非哺乳雌鼠为 2 .34 77mlO2 /g/h ,是期望值的 16 4.92 % ;雄鼠为 2 .3949mlO2 / g/h ,是期望值的 16 5 .37% .棕色田鼠在 2 2 .5℃时的平均热传导为 0 .1797mlO2 / g/h/℃ .棕色田鼠较高的RMR(繁殖期更高 ) ,稍高的热传导率 。
The authors studied the characteristic of energy metabolism in female(lactating and nonlactating)and male mandarin vole.The results showed that the resting metabolic rate(RMR)in thermoneutral zone (TNZ) was 2.4601 mlO 2/g/h and it is 175.70% of expectant RMR. The RMR of lactating females, nonreproducing females and males were 2.5843 mlO 2/g/h,2.3477 mlO 2/g/h,2.3949 mlO 2/g/h.They were 190.68%,164.92%,165.37% of expectant RMR. The mean thermal conductance (Cm) is 0.1797 mlO 2/g/h.℃.It is 105.96% of expectant Cm.On a conclusion,that mandarin vole has higher RMR than other small mammals, especially in reproduction period, and high Cm is the adaptive response to the environment and the life habit.
