液晶聚合物/PA1010/滑石粉杂化材料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用液晶聚合物 (LCP)作增容剂采用熔融插层法制备了PA10 10 /滑石粉 (FCP)杂化材料·用广角X射线衍射、小角X射线散射和DSC对杂化材料的结构性能进行测试·结果表明 ,在LCP3%时 ,FCP质量分数小于 10 %范围内 ,FCP质量分数对杂化材料的融体粘度显著下降的现象几乎没有影响 ,加入少量FCP时PA10 10的结晶速率基本没有改变 .随FCP质量分数的增加 ,杂化样品中PA10 10的结晶度先降低后增加 ,FCP质量分数为 10 %时 ,PA10 10组分的结晶度最低 ,杂化材料中滑石粉的层间距为 4 0 11nm· Liquid crystalline polymer/PA1010/French chalk hybrids were prepared by melt intercalation. Their structure and properties were studied with WAXD, SAXS and DSC. The results indicate that hybrid with 3%LCP is facilitated to PA1010 being intercalated in the french chalk powder. The viscosity and extrusion temperature of hybrids containing LCP decrease evidently. The interlayer spacing of hybrids with FCP 10% are 40.11?nm.
