摘要
目的 观察心肺复苏 (CPR)病人血浆颗粒膜蛋白 - 1 4 0 (GMP - 1 4 0 )及相关指标的改变 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法 选择基础生命支持 (BLS)后病人 1 4例 ,分别于BLS后 1h、第 1天、第 2天、第 3天抽肘静脉血 3mL ,检测血浆中循环内皮细胞 (CEC)、GMP - 1 4 0、内皮素 - 1 (ET - 1 )和血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)含量 ,并设健康对照组。结果 BLS后 1h血中CEC、GMP - 1 4 0、ET - 1和ACE均显著升高并持续 3d ,血浆GMP - 1 4 0早期升高幅度较大 ,BLS后 1h(49 64± 8 2 3) μg/L ,较对照组(1 6 32± 4 51 ) μg/L(高 >3倍 ) ,第 1天达高峰 (56 1 9± 9 97) μg/L ,并与发生器官功能不全有显著的相关性。 结论 血浆GMP- 1 4
Objective To observe the changes in plasma granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140) and correlation target in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and evaluate their significance of clinical.Methods 14 patients following basic life support(BLS) were studied.Respectively at 1 hour,1,2 and 3 days after BLS,3 mL blood was drown from patient's elbow vein,GMP-140,endothelin-1(ET-1),angiotensin converting extract (ACE) and circulating endothelial cell (CEC) values were determined respectively at various time points and 10 healthy objects were used as control.Results Plasma GMP-140,ET-1,ACE and CEC values were increased at 1 hour,keeping high levels during 3 days observation period.Plasma GMP-140 value (49.64±8.23)μg/L were dramatically elevated by 3-fold compared to control group value (16.32±4.51)μg/L at early phase,highest (56.19±9.97)μg/L at 1 day and GMP-140 as well as organ dysfunction were correlated.Conclusion GMP-140 might be a useful parameter for the evaluation of prognosis of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
