摘要
套管磨损是钻井过程中必然存在的现象。进行套管磨损预防、预测与处理技术的研究具有十分重要的意义。文中用硬度、摩擦因数、侧向力、钻柱接头外径、钻速和磨损时间建立起套管磨损速度模型 ,建立并推导了套管磨损面积的关系式及任意给定位置磨损套管的剩余壁厚的表达式。
Casing wear is the inevitable existing appearance in drilling. It is of great importance to carry on the research of casing wear prevention, prediction and handling technique. The model of casing wear speed with hardness, friction coefficient, lateral force, drill pipe sub external diameter, drilling speed and wear time is built up in the paper. The formula expressing casing wear area and that expressing worn casing remaining wall in arbitrarily given place are derived.
