摘要
通过插层复合的方法可以制备环氧树脂 /粘土纳米复合材料 ,大幅度提高材料的机械力学性能。制备中 ,插层剂的选择和使用是关键 ,应加强插层剂的合成、筛选及插层工艺以及粘土层内层外插层剂、固化剂、单体、粘土片层之间相互作用即插层机理的研究。此外 ,环氧树脂 /粘土纳米复合体系最佳固化条件 (树脂 /固化剂比例 ,固化时间等 )
The epoxy/clay inorganic organic nanocomposite can be prepared by intercalated method, and enhancing the properties of epoxy system greatly. The key is to the selection and usage of the intercalated agent, and so we should pay strong attention to the synthesis and selection of the intercalated agent, intercalation technique and the interaction mechanism lying among the intercalated agent, hardener, monomer and silicate layers in intragallery and extragallery. On the other hand, it should be obtained that the optimal cure condition such as the ratio of epoxide and hardener, cure time in the preparation of epoxy/clay nanocomposites.
