以带腋芽的幼嫩茎段为外植体 ,研究矮秆一串红的离体快繁技术 .结果表明 :附加 1.5 mg· L-1BA和0 .1mg· L-1NAA的 MS固体培养基可诱导腋芽萌发 ,诱导率达 90 %以上 ;附加 2 .0 mg· L-1BA和 0 .1mg·L-1NAA的 MS固体培养基为适宜的芽苗继代增殖培养基 ;在附加 1.5 mg· L-1NAA的 1/ 2 MS生根培养基上 ,芽苗 7d后即可生根 .幼苗移栽成活率在 85
The micropropagation technique of dwarf Salvia splendens was developed from the explants of young stem nodes with axillary buds. The results showed that the percentage of axillary germinated buds was over 90% on the solid MS medium supplemented with 1.5 mg·L -1 BA and 0.1 mg·L -1 NAA; the solid MS medium with 2.0 mg·L -1 BA and 0.1 NAA mg·L -1 was suitable for multiplication of shoots on the subculture; and the shoots could root after 7 days by transferring onto the 1/2 MS rooting medium with 1.5 mg·L -1 NAA. The survival rate of transferred plantlets was up to 85%.
