摘要
目的 明确三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )对人肝癌细胞生长和超微结构的影响。方法 采用活细胞观察法、台盘兰拒染法、MTT法和透射与扫描电镜观察了As2 O3 对体外培养的人肝癌细胞株QGY 770 1和QGY 770 3的生长活力和超微结构的影响。结果 As2 O3 能显著地抑制人肝癌细胞QGY 770 1和QGY 770 3的生长 ,用药后诱导其出现了典型的细胞凋亡超微结构改变。结论 As2 O3 对人肝癌细胞的生长有显著抑制作用 ,该抑制作用与诱导细胞凋亡密切相关。
Objective To study the effect of arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3)on the multiplication and ultrastructure of human hepatocarcinoma cells.Methods As 2O 3's action on the cell growth and ultrastructure of two human hepatocarcinoma cell lines QGY\|7701 and QGY\|7703 in vitro was observed by observing living cells, Trypan blue, MTT assay and transmission and scan electronmicroscopy detection.Results As 2O 3 could obviously inhibit the growth of human hepatocarcinoma cells QGY\|7701 and QGY\|7703 and induce them appearing typical apoptosis ultrastructure changes.Conclusion As 2O 3 has significant inhibition effect on the human hepatocarcinoma cells, which is closely related to apoptosis\|inducing.
