摘要
目的:了解北京市5岁以下儿童维生素A水平。方法:对642名5岁以下儿童用微量荧光光度法检测维生素A含量。结果:北京市5岁以下儿童维生素A平均值为33.57μg/dl,均值以6个月以内为最低。维生素A缺乏患病率为4.98%,农村山区高于平原和城市;亚临床型为33.18%。维生素A缺乏儿童较正常儿童患发热、腹泻的患病率高。结论:采取干预措施,加强对医务工作者有关维生素A等方面健康教育及对家长的宣教工作是必要的。
Objective: To investigate the vitamin A Levels under 5 years of age in Beijing. Methods: Microflurescence was used to detect the vita-nun A level of 642 cases of children. Results: The mean level is 33.57 μg/dl. The lowest level of the mean is in the group less than six months of age.The prevalence of vitamin A deficiency is 4.98% in Beijing,rural mountain area is higher than city and plain area. Subclinical vitamin A deficiency is 33.18% in the survey. The prevalence of vitamin A deficiency among children with fever and diarrhea was higher than that in health children. Conclusions: It is necessary to take suitable intervention measures, intensify education of knowledge of vitamin A to health care workers and spread propaganda among the parents.
