摘要
介绍了一种高精度、实时红外图像采集处理系统的原理、构成及特点 .系统选用 12 Bit高速 A/ D转换器 ,并采用 CPL D进行时序逻辑电路设计、采用 DSP进行非均匀性校正 。
The principle, composing and peculiarity of high-precision real-time IR image signal acquisition and processing system were introduced. 12-Bit A/D converter was selected in the system. DSP and CPLD were adopted, which make it suitable for high precision measurement in IR radiation charateristics.
