摘要
选择了埋入复合材料基体的TiNi超弹性丝的规格 ,并对其在相变过程中的应力 -应变 -电阻特性进行了测试 ,测试结果表明TiNi超弹性丝在相变温度tf 以上时 ,其应变 -电阻之间呈近似线性关系 ,可作为复合材料结构健康监测的信息源。介绍了基于TiNi超弹性丝传感网络的复合材料结构健康监测技术 ,并制作了用于结构损伤监测的实验构件 ,设计了具体的试验方法。
The parameters of TiNi super elastic wire embedded in composites were selected,and its properties of stress strain resistance during phase transformation were measured.The results show that strain resistance of TiNi super elastic wire is nearly linear,can be applied for sensor information in composite structure health monitoring.The theory of structure health monitoring based on TiNi super elastic wire sensor network is introduced.Experimental specimens used in health monitoring were manufactured,and detailed research method was designed.Simulating test shows that the method is applicable.
