摘要
为了推进中国证券市场市场化改革，提升上市公司的治理水准，优化上市公司的股东结构，探讨国有股的上市流通，对我国证券市场的平稳发展是一个重要的课题，本文探讨了国有股在不同的行业．以不同的方式减持流通。
This paper expounds the clrculation of government-owncd stocks, which would decpen the reform of Chinese stock marking, raise the management standard of sotck company, perfect the formation of stockholders. It is also believed that the circulation varies in different fields and trades.
