摘要
以水为溶剂 ,马来酸酐 (PMAH)、丙烯酰胺 (AM)、丙烯酸甲酯为单体 ,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂 ,合成了水溶性的聚合物聚马来酸酐 -丙烯酰胺 -丙烯酸甲酯 ,并研究了单体的配比 ,聚合浓度 ,以及投加量对阻垢性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,PMAM是一种水溶性的高效多功能阻垢剂。其阻碳酸钙垢的效果达 86 .79% ;阻磷酸钙垢的效果达 94.2 7% ;阻硫酸钙垢的效果达 90 .0 8% 。
PMAH-AM-MA was synthesized with Maleic anhydride, Acrylamide and Methyl acrylate as monomers, water as solvent, BPO as initiator. The effects of constitution, concentration and dosage on scale-inhibiting performance was studied. The results show that PMAM is a soluble and very effective and multifunctional scale inhibitor. Inhibiting scale ratios of PMAM to CaCO 3 , Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 and CaSO 4 are 86.79%, 94.27% and 90.08%, it is very effective in stabilizing Zn and dispersing Fe 2 O 3 also.
