摘要
将后过渡金属配合物 { [2 ,6 - Ar N =C(Me) 2 C5H3N]Fe Cl2 } (Ar=2 ,6 - i Pr2 C6 H3) 负载于 Si O2 上 ,并与三乙基铝 (Al Et3)组成催化剂体系并催化乙烯聚合 .考察了 Al/ Fe比 (Al Et3/催化剂摩尔比 )、聚合温度对催化剂活性、聚乙烯 (PE)分子量、熔融温度以及结晶度的影响 .在 Al/ Fe比为 75 0、聚合温度为 40℃时 ,催化剂活性达到7.0 7× 10 5g PE· (m ol Fe· h) - 1 .实验所得聚合物的分子量为 1.0 5× 10 5~ 2 .33× 10 5g/ m ol,熔融温度高达 132℃左右 ,结晶度在 44 .2 %~ 77.
Ethylene polymerization via silica\|supported late transition metal complexes {[2,6\|ArN=C\|(Me)\-2C\-5H\-3N]FeCl\-2} ( Ar=2,6\| i Pr\-2C\-6H\-3) I with AlEt\-3 has been studied. Effects of Al/Fe molar ratio and polymerization temperature on catalytic activity have been investigated along with the molecular weight, melting point and crystallinity of the polymers, respectively. The catalytic activity is up to 7.07×10\+5 \{g PE·\}(mol Fe·h) -1 at \{40 ℃\} and Al/Fe=750. Molecular weights of the polymers are distributed between \{1.05×\}10\+5 and 2.33×10\+5 g/mol. The melting points are up to 132 ℃ and the crystallinities are from 44.2% to 77.8%.
