摘要
基于碘在高碘酸钾氧化亮绿SF增色反应中的催化活性 ,建立了高灵敏度、高选择性的催化动力学光度法测定痕量碘的方法 ,测定范围为 0 .5~ 10 μg·ml- 1,方法检出限为 0 .2 6μg·ml- 1,用于天然水的碘化物测定 。
It is found that the oxidation of bright green SF by periodate is catalyzed by the presence of trace amounts of iodide, resulting an increase of color intensity. A linear relationship between the increase in color intensity and the concentration of iodide holds over the range of 0.5~10μg of I - per ml of solution. The limit of detection is found to be 0.26μg·ml -1 . Based on the above experimental results, a sensitive and selective method for the determination of trace amounts of iodine is proposed, and it is satisfactorily applied to the analysis of natural water.
