摘要 针对振动轮上的橡胶减振器进行了动态性能试验研究 ,根据系统隔振理论 ,分析了辐射型和平置型布置的振动轮减振支承系统各动刚度系数的计算方法 ,并给出了典型样机振动轮减振支承刚度值 ; The experiments of dynamic properties of a rubber absorber on a vibratory road roller were carried out. The changing process of the structural damping parameters of the rubber absorber with the frequency, dynamic amplitude and static preload was analyzed. The values of characteristic parameters at various loads were given. The dynamic equation of the isolation in different vibrating models were derived. The relationships between the systematic rigidity and a single rubber absorber, as well as the dimensions of their arrangement were analyzed and the rigidity of isolating system in a vibratory road roller was given. Finally the influence of the rigidity of the isolating system on the systematic dynamic property of the roller was analyzed.
