摘要
本文主要论述复合型人才的基本特征和复合型人才培养模式的主要形式 。
The thesis mainly discusses the basic characteristics of compound personnel and the main formations of fostering compound personnel. It researches the way to realize the bring-up of compound personnel at an angle of the reform of mode for fostering personnel.
