摘要
本文采用溶胶—凝胶法,将碳纤维浸入硅酸乙酯溶液中,然后通过水解和干燥在纤维表面形成抗氧化、耐高温的SiO_2涂层。实验结果表明:此法所获涂层均匀;调整溶液的润湿性及粘度可改变涂层厚度;涂后的碳纤维与Mg能很好润湿。
This paper deals with oxidation-resistant and heat-resistant SiO_2 coating on carbon fibres with a Sol-Gel method, by which the carbon fibres are immened in (C_2H_5O)_4Si solution to form an oxide-resisting and heat-resisting SiO_2 coating on the carbon fibres after the process of hydrolysis and drying. The experiment results show that a uniform coating could be obtained and its thickness could be changed by adjusting the wetting and viscsity of coating solution. The wetting experiment show that the coated carbon fibres can wet the molten magresium.
