常用油田化学剂对污水化学需氧量的影响及其可生化性研究 被引量:3

摘要 油田含油污水中含有多种化学添加剂 ,它们对污水的化学需氧量 (COD)及其处理效果有明显影响。以目前某油田使用的几种主要化学药剂为研究对象 ,研究了药剂浓度对COD的影响 ,并通过SBR模型实验考察了它们的生物降解性能。结果表明 ,药剂浓度与COD呈线性关系 ,药剂的种类与结构不同 ,对COD的影响程度有差异。生物降解性能差是现有油田化学药剂的共同特点 ,这可能是油田含油污水难以处理 ,特别是生物技术处理效果欠佳的重要原因。 Wastewater produced in oilfields always contains many kinds of chemical agents originated from petroleum production, so chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the produced water is partially made up of these agents. The influences of the oilfield chemical additives, including 8 emulsion breakers, 4 surfactants and 3 flocculating agents, on COD are investigaged, and the biodegradation of these chemical additives is studied by SBR process. The results show that the CODs of agents are of linear relation with concentrations of the agents. When the concentration of agent increases, COD increases proportionally. As the concentrations of agents are same, CODs of the agents are obviously variated because of the structural difference of these agents. The biodegradation of most chemical additives used in oilfield is poor, and the ratio of BOD 5 to COD is less than 0.2. A new type of chemical agents for improving biodegradation of oily wastewater should be developed.
