科威特西部油田扩建工程GC2 8集油站的自动控制系统是一个集成的DCS ,包括过程控制系统 (PCS)、紧急停车系统(ESD)、火气系统 (F&G) 3个子系统。这 3个子系统在控制层是各自独立的 ,在操作层上又是集成统一的 ,便于操作。概述了DCS的集成方法 。
The control system of Gathering Center 28 in west Kuwait facilities expansion project is an integral DCS system that composed of three subsystems:a process control system (PCS),an emergency shutdown system(ESD) and a fire and gas system (F&G).The three subsystems are separated at control station from each other,but integral at operator station level through a single man machine interface.The DCS integration methodology and the feature of the PCS,ESD,F&G system are described and some practices of control system quality assurance at engineering and construction stages are provide as information.
