摘要
借助共混的方法 ,研究了滑石粉粒径尺寸及其含量对PP POE 滑石粉复合体系性能 (流动性、力学性能及热性能等 )的影响 ,发现随着滑石粉粒径的细化 ,该复合体系的流动性、冲击韧性和硬度均有所提高 ,而耐热性则变化不大 ;而随着滑石粉含量的增加 ,该复合体系的冲击韧性、拉伸性能有所降低 ,而流动性。
The effects of particle size and content of talcum on properties(such as fluidity, mechanical properties,heat resistance)of PP/POE/talc composite system have been studied through blending.The results show the fludity,impact toughness and hardness increase against the particle size of talc while the heat resistance remains constant. The toughness and tensile property decease with the increase of the talc content,while the fludity,hardness and heat resistance increase.
