幽门螺杆菌阳性与阴性的十二指肠球部溃疡患者胃粘膜中热休克蛋白72的免疫电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :揭示热休克蛋白 72 (HSP72 )介导的胃粘膜保护的细胞机制。方法 :运用免疫细胞化学方法 ,在透射电镜下观察幽门螺杆菌 (Hp) (+)和Hp(- )的十二指肠球部溃疡 (DU)患者胃粘膜中HSP72 的细胞内分布情况。结果 :Hp(+)患者HSP72 多分布于核 ,而Hp(- )患者HSP72 则多分布于胞质 ,且多定位于高尔基复合体和内质网。结论 :HSP72 介导的胃粘膜的细胞保护机制可能是通过HSP72 在胞质和核的迁移来实现的。 s Objective:To investigate the cytology mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa induced by heat shock protein 72(HSP 72 ).Methods:The intracellular distribution of HSP 72 in gastric mucosa of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and Hp positive or Hp negative was observed by using immunohistochemical and immunoelectron microscopy.Results:The HSP 72 was found in the nucleus in patients with Hp positive while in the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum in patients with Hp negative.Conclusion:HSP 72 mediated mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa could be realized by the movement of HSP 72 between nucleus and cytoplasm in the damaged cells.
