摘要
目的 :揭示热休克蛋白 72 (HSP72 )介导的胃粘膜保护的细胞机制。方法 :运用免疫细胞化学方法 ,在透射电镜下观察幽门螺杆菌 (Hp) (+)和Hp(- )的十二指肠球部溃疡 (DU)患者胃粘膜中HSP72 的细胞内分布情况。结果 :Hp(+)患者HSP72 多分布于核 ,而Hp(- )患者HSP72 则多分布于胞质 ,且多定位于高尔基复合体和内质网。结论 :HSP72 介导的胃粘膜的细胞保护机制可能是通过HSP72 在胞质和核的迁移来实现的。
s Objective:To investigate the cytology mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa induced by heat shock protein 72(HSP 72 ).Methods:The intracellular distribution of HSP 72 in gastric mucosa of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and Hp positive or Hp negative was observed by using immunohistochemical and immunoelectron microscopy.Results:The HSP 72 was found in the nucleus in patients with Hp positive while in the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum in patients with Hp negative.Conclusion:HSP 72 mediated mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa could be realized by the movement of HSP 72 between nucleus and cytoplasm in the damaged cells.
