摘要
采用均匀设计法对 O/ W型甲苯咪唑乳剂的处方组成进行筛选 ,得到其处方为 :甲苯咪唑 1 .0 g、大豆油 44g、乳化剂[磷脂 -泊洛沙母 (1∶ 6) ] 7.0 g、尼泊金 0 .1 g、甜菊糖苷 0 .0 3g、蒸馏水加至 1 0 0 g,经高速组织捣碎机搅拌 (1 0 0 0 0 r/ min)1 5min即得。乳剂的平均粒径为 6.0 5μm(显微镜法 )和 7.2 8μm(注射液微粒分析仪法 ,库尔特原理 )。流变学研究表明乳剂属于非牛顿流体 ,屈服值为 587dyne/ cm2 。
In order to select the formulation of O/W mebendazole emulsion by using uniform design method, the formulation of O/W mebendazole emulsion was composed by soybean oil 44 g, emulsifier [Lecithin-Poloxamer(1∶6)]7.0 g, mebendazole 1.0 g, methyl p hydroxybenzoate 0.1 g, sterioside 0.03 g, water added to 100 g. The mean particle diameter of emulsion were 6.05μm and 7.28 μm determined by microscope and particle counter for injection(Coulter Counter principle methods), respectively (P>0.05). The rheological property of emulsion was non Newtonian fluid and the yield value of emulsion was 587 dyne/cm 2.
