摘要 文中研究利用UV、DES及Co60 -γ对栖土曲霉进行多因子复合诱变处理 ,在以蚕蛹为主要原料的固体培养基上进行培养 ,选育出了一株生长繁殖速度快、孢子丰富且蛋白酶活高的变异菌株DC -7。其蛋白酶活达 86 2 8 9u/g (干曲 ) ,较出发菌株AS 3 374酶活 40 12 3u/g (干曲 )提高了 115 %。此外 ,其遗传稳定性也较好。 Aspergillus.terricola is mutated complexly by UV,DES and 60 Co γ,then cultured on the solid medium with main material of silkworm chrysalis.A mutant of DC-7 is scereened, which has characteristics of fast growth rate,spore riches and high protease activity.Its protease activity is up to 8628.9 units per gram dry leaven.Moreover,its genetic stability is very good.
