ICAM-1在肾小球系膜区炎症、增生过程中的作用及己酮可可碱的保护效应 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM) - 1在肾小球系膜区炎症、增殖过程中的作用及己酮可可碱的保护效应。方法 :采用体外肾小球系膜细胞与巨噬细胞共同培养的方法 ,观察抗ICAM - 1MAb对巨噬细胞促进系膜细胞增殖的影响及己酮可可碱的保护效应。结果 :抗ICAM - 1MAb对巨噬细胞促进系膜细胞的增殖具有抑制作用 ,呈剂量依赖性 ;己酮可可碱可抑制TNF -α诱导的系膜细胞与巨噬细胞粘附。结论 :ICAM - 1参与、影响肾小球系膜区炎症、增殖的过程 ,己酮可可碱在肾脏疾病的防治中可能有一定的意义。 Objective:To investigate the role of ICAM-1 in inflammation and proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells and the protective effects of pentoxifylline.Methods:Mesangial cells(MCs) and macrophages were co-cultured in vitro.influence of anti-ICAM-1Antibody on MC proliferation activated by macrophage and the protective effect of pentoxifylline were evaluated.Results:MC proliferation activated by macrophages was significantly inhibited in a dose-dependent manner.PTX was found to antagonize TNF-α induced adhesion reaction of MC and macrophage.Conclusion:ICAM-1 plays an important role in pathologic process of inflammation and proliferation in glomerular mesangial cells.PTX may behave as a protective agent to have a potential clinical value.
