摘要
对甘蔗继代培养绿苗中的内源激素进行测定、分析 ,同时进行生根诱导。结果表明 :甘蔗组培苗在继代过程中 ,IAA ,CTK ,GA1+ 3 有积累效应 ,其中IAA的积累较慢 ,CTK ,GA1+ 3 积累在第 9代后较快 ,同时第 9代后生根率也明显下降 ,在第 10代出现不能诱导生根的矮化丛生苗。绿苗中IAA ,CTK ,GA1+ 3
Studies on the endogenous hormones and rooting induction in plantlet of sugarcane subculture were reported in this paper. It was showed that IAA, CTK and GA 1+3 of sugarcane plantlet had an accumulative effect in subculture, the IAA accumulated slower than CTK and GA 1+3 , moreover, the CTK and GA 1+3 accumulated quickly in the 9 th generation of subculture. But the rooting rate reduced in the 9 th generation of subculture. The shortened and clustered buds can't be induced to generate root in the 10 th subculture. The content of IAA, CTK and GA 1+3 in plantlet is significantly correlative with rooting rate.
