摘要
以栽培大豆品种吉林 4 3和东农 4 2的子叶节为外植体 ,研究了无菌苗培养基、基本培养基、6_苄氨基嘌呤 (6BA)和吲哚丁酸 (IBA) 4个因子对丛生芽形成的影响。结果表明 :3种无菌苗培养基在诱导丛生芽率和每个外植体丛生芽数上无显著差异 ,基本培养基MSB诱导丛生芽的效果好于B5,在基本培养基中附加 1 1mg/L或 1 7mg/L的 6_苄氨基嘌呤对诱导子叶节丛生芽有显著的促进作用。子叶节丛生芽诱导率在吉林 4 3和东农 4 2两个基因型间存在差异。
The effects of four factors on multiple bud fromation using two varieties(Jilin 43 and Dongnong 42)cotyledonary node in soybean were researched.The results showed that difference of frequency and number of multiple bud did not reached significant level.MSB medium is better than B 5 medium in inducing multiple bud.6_benzylaminopurine(1.1mg/L or 1.7mg/L)stimulated multiple bud formation.The frequency of multiple bud formation was not different between two genotypes.
