摘要
本文研究了青霉脂肪酶在洗涤去污方面的应用。探讨了酶的浓度、表面活性剂种类和浓度、洗涤溶液的pH值、复合酶、洗涤温度和洗涤时间等对油污去除率的影响。测定了洗涤前后油污的脂肪酸组成。在最佳条件下使用青霉脂肪酶可使油污去除率提高20-30%。
Abstract: The application of penicillium lipase in detergency was studied. The effects of type and concentration of surfactants, the pH and temperature of detergent solution, the washing time and the composite enzyme on oily soil detergency were discussed. The fatty acid compositions of oily soil were analysed before and after washing. The results showed that the detergency of oily soil was increased by 20-30% by using the penicillium lipase under optimum conditions.
