摘要
目的 观察复方丹参滴丸对外源性自由基所致心律失常有无保护作用。方法 采用Langendorff灌流装置对大鼠离体心脏灌注硫酸亚铁 (0 .2 5mmol/L) /抗坏血酸 (1.0mmol/L)的方法 ,复制自由基致心律失常的模型 ,观察复方丹参滴丸对其影响。结果 外源性自由基组可使离体灌流大鼠的心律失常发生率高达 10 0 % ,心室纤颤发生率为 43 %。 1mg/L异博定和 5 0mg/L复方丹参滴丸能使心律失常发生率分别降低 71.4%和 87.5 %。
Objective To study the prevent effects of Composite Salviae Dropping pill on the arrhythmias induced by the exogenous free radical.Methods The arrhythmias in the isolated rat heart were induced by FeSO 4 perfusing(0.25mmol/L)/Vc(1mmol/L) with the Langendorff method.Results The incidence rate of arrhythmias induced by the exogenous free radical was 100% and the ventricular fibrillation rate was 42.8%.Verapamil and Composite Salviae Dropping pill reduced arrthymia rate to 71.4% and 87.5%,respectively. Conclusion Composite Salviae Dropping pill has the preventing effect on the arrhythmias induced by the exogenous free radical.
