脐血铅含量与新生儿神经行为发育的关系 被引量:2

摘要 随机选取第一冶金建设公司职工医院妇产科收治的 1999年 1~ 10月出生的足月新生儿 10 3例 ,以脐血铅 (CBPb)含量作为新生儿宫内铅暴露的指标 ,新生儿神经行为评分作为效应指标 ,采用描述性分析方法评价其相关关系。脐血铅水平在 0 .3 885± 0 .1683 μmol/L ( x±S) ,脐血铅以 0 .4 83 μmol/L为界 ,分为高铅组与低铅组 ,发现仅在新生儿神经行为测定总评分 (NBNA) (X2 =4 .0 4 5 6p <0 .0 5 )、生物性视听定向反应 (BVAOR)(X2 =6.3 13 3 p <0 .0 5 )方面两组间神经评分差异有显著性意义 ,但脐血铅与新生儿神经行为评分之间等级相关关系无统计学意义 ( p >0 .0 5 )。结果表明 :低水平铅暴露对新生儿神经行为的发育 ,尤其是对新生儿视听功能的发育 。 Levels of lead in umbilical cord blood were determined as indicators for intrauterine exposure to lead, and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) as effect indicators were determined for 103 randomly selected neonates delivered at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hospital of First Metallurgical Construction Company, Qingshan District,from January to October 1999. A descriptive analysis was applied to evaluate their correlationship. Lead level of umbilical cord blood was 0.3885±0.1683μmol/L( ±S ). The neonates were divided into two groups with high and low exposure based on the cutoff value of CBPb of 0.483 μmol/L. There was significant difference only in scores of NBNA( X 2 =4.0456 p <0.05) and biological visual and auditory orientation reaction (BVAOR)( X 2 =6.3133 p<0.05 ) between the groups of high and low lead levels in umbilical cord blood. There was no rank correlation between lead level of umbilical cord blood and scores of NBNA. The result shows that the low level of lead intrauterine exposure harms neonatal neurobehavioral development,especially visual and auditory orientation reaction
