摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电冰法对肺癌实体瘤试样及对照组试样进行检测 ,发现肺癌组织中存在一条特异的深染标记蛋白带 ,这对研究肺癌发生的机理及临床诊断有意义。
Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)to detect the solid tumors of lung cancers,it is found that a special dark marker band exists in the lung cancer tissue,which is of significance for clinical diaganosis of lung cancer and for understanding the incidence mechanism of lung cancer
