南美白对虾摄食、生长及存活与温度的关系 被引量:56

摘要 不同水温及水温渐变、突变对南美白对虾的摄食、生长、存活以及胃蛋白酶的活力有一定的影响 .在水温逐渐变化下 ,南美白对虾忍受的高温极限为 4 1℃ ,低温极限为 4℃ .虽然南美白对虾对水温的适应性较广 (6~ 39℃ ) ,但其存活、摄食及生长的适宜水温为 18~35℃ ,最适水温为 30~ 33℃ .水温 18℃以下时 ,摄食量减少 ,存活率降低 ,水温 9℃时侧卧 .当水温为 18~ 30℃ ,日温差变化在 6℃以内时 ,南美白对虾在 4 8h内全部存活 。 In this article,the effect of different temperature on growth,food intake and survival rate in Penaeus vannamei were reported.By comparison,it was concluded that the highest temperature for survival was 41 ℃ and the lowest temperature was 4 ℃ in gradually change of temperature.The suitability of Penneus vannamei upon temperature is wide.However,the suitable temperature for survival,growth and intake was 18~35 ℃ and the optimum temperature was 30~33 ℃.When temperature was lower than 18 ℃,the food intake rate and survival rate decreased.The prawn lay by side at 9 ℃.At 18~30 ℃ on condition that the daily change of temperature range was within 6 ℃,they were all survival in 48 hours,and the food intake ability and normal activities was maintained.The research supported the reference of Penaeus vannamei's culture.
