摘要
研究了耐湿性不同的小麦品种周麦 1 3号和矮早 781在灌浆期对涝渍胁迫的生理学效应 .结果表明 :在淹水条件下 ,周麦 1 3号的叶绿素、脯氨酸 (Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、根系活力均高于矮早 781 ;而矮早 781的丙二醛 (MDA)含量和质膜相对透性却明显高于周麦 1 3号 .这揭示了不同的耐湿性品种具有显著的生理效应差异 .
The physiological effect for the waterlogging sensitiveness species of Zhoumai No.13 and the waterlogging sensitiveness species of Aizao 781 to waterlogging stress at cereal filling stage were studied.Results show that under the waterlogging stress,the content of chlorophyll in Zhoumai No.13 is more than that in Aizao 781,and so it is for the content of proline,water soluble proteins,water soluble sugar,the activity of SOD and root viability.However,on the same condition,the content of MDA in Aizao 781 is much more than that in Zhoumai No.13.While the former's relative plasma membrane permeability is higher than the latter' obviously.These results have made it clear that there is an outstanding difference of waterlogging toleration physiological effect among the different wheat species.
