摘要
人性与管理关系密切。中国传统主导人性论强调人的社会属性和道德属性 ,主张在管理中应塑造人性 ,其人性管理为“塑造论” ,注重德治 ;西方主导人性论偏重于人的认知属性和自然属性 ,主张在管理中要适应人性 ,其人性管理为“适应论” ,注重法治 ,两者都是片面的、不科学的。完整的科学的人性管理是建立在马克思主义科学人性论基础之上的 ,是德治与法治、“适应论”与“塑造论”的有机统一。
Human nature is closely related to management.Different management theories are based on different human nature theories.Chinese dominant human nature theory emphasizes on human's social attribute and ethic attribute.It results in'Theory of moulding' which lays stress on the rule of virtue in human nature management.The western dominant human nature theory emphasizes on human's cognitive attribute and natural attribute.It results in 'Theory of adaptation' which lays stress on the rule of law in human nature management.They both are one sided and unscientific.The all round and scientific human nature management is based on Marxist human nature theory.It should be the organic unity of the rule of virtue and the rule of law,'Theory of moulding'and 'Theory of adaptation'.
