生理性缺铁期潜在意义的初步实验研究

摘要 目的 :对于儿童、少年的生理性缺铁期 ,历来主张膳食外补铁 ,甚至在膳食中强化补铁。对此 ,课题组认为是人为的不必要干预 ,其实质是悖于自然规律的误区。因为 ,人类进化历经数百万年 ,生理性缺铁期依然存在是人类与自然界长期平衡的结果 ;是人类适应环境变迁的一次积极的训练。本研究旨在验证这一观点。方法 :采用昆明种小白鼠 ,在生长期进行富铁干预 ,观察铁干预与否 ,两组的血液学参数、生化参数及体重、智力等差异。并在两组小鼠成年后置于贫铁条件饲养 ,观察两组小鼠发生贫血的时间与贫血恢复的时间差异。结果 :生长期进行富铁干预的实验组小鼠Hb含量g/dL(13.2 6 9± 2 .186 ) ,高于未干预对照组 (12 .2 91± 2 .0 0 3) ,t=1.86 6 ,p <0 .0 5 (单侧 ) ;血浆ALT的动态观察 ,显示肝脏因富铁负荷呈现一过性损伤 ;智测结果 :反应次数实验组(11.33± 4.6 6 )与对照组 (7.75± 3.2 1) ,经统计检验差异有显著性 (t=2 .80 ,p <0 .0 1) ,富铁实验组其学习能力逊于对照组。学习的反应时间 (秒 )实验组 (18.71± 12 .49)与对照组 (16 .80± 9.32 ) ,经统计检验差异无显著性 ;将这两组同置于一贫铁饲养环境后 ,Hb值从正常水平下降至 11g/dL所用时间 (天 ) ,实验组 (6 4.2± 2 7.8)与对照组 (78.8± 2 9.7) ,差? Objective:For the children and juvenile physiological iron deficiency, additional iron was advocated constantly to supply out of food or even in food, but may be this artificial interference is against to natural law and is unnecessary. Physiological iron deficiency still exists undergoing millions of human evolution, it suggests that physiological iron deficiency may be human positive training to adapt to the changes of natural environment. Our experiment was designed to test this hypothesis. Methods: Seventy-six Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups and given respectively iron-enriched feeding (experiment group, n=38) or standard feeding (control group , n=38). Mice body weight, blood parameters, physiochemical index and intelligence of the two groups were observed. Iron deficiency feeding was given to mice when they were adult, the time of anemia occurred and the recovery from anemia were observed. Results: The Hb of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group. The ALT(alanine amino transferase) continuous monitoring revealed that the liver was damaged for over loaded iron. Intelligent test showed that experiment groups′ response time(18.71 ±12.49 days) had no significant difference compared with that of the control groups (16.80 ±9.32 days) and there was not significance difference in memory faculty between the two groups. The time that Hb dropped to 110g/L from normal level in the experiment groups (64.2± 27.8 days) had no significant difference(t=080,p>0.05) compared with that of control groups(78.8± 29.7 days), the time that Hb rose to 130 g/L in the experiment groups( 15.2± 5.7 days) was of no significant difference(t=0.80.p>0.05) compared with that of control groups(11.4 ±3.2 days). Conclusion: The experiment supported our hypothesis that physiological iron deficiency is human positive training to adapt to the changes of natural environment and suggests that iron enriched interference is unnecessary.
