摘要
将危害分析关键控制点 (HACCP)体系应用于软包装花生奶生产中 ,分析产品的危害因素 ,找出了CCP点 ,同时提出了解决的方法。
HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control point) was applied to the preparation of peanut milk in soft packages to analyze hazards and find out CCPs. Corresponding solutions were put forward to control the hazards.
