摘要
目的 :探讨米索前列醇对宫缩乏力性产后出血的治疗效果。方法 :对 13例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇 ,在采用缩宫素、麦角新碱治疗无效后 ,给予口服米索前列醇 80 0 μg。结果 :13例产妇口服米索前列醇后 ,在 3～ 12 min内子宫收缩加强 ,出血得到控制 ,无一例子宫切除。结论 :应用米索前列醇治疗顽固性产后出血 ,效果显著 ,可推广使用。
Objectives:To investigate the thera peutic effect of misoprostol treating atonic bleeding of the uterus.Methods:After failing to respond to medical treatment with oxytocin and ergometrine prescride 800 μg of misoprostol for 13 women of atonic bleeding of the uterus.Results:Within 3 to 12 minutes after taking misoprostol,women′s uterine contraction is strengthened,the bleeding was controled.None of them has been carried out hysterectomy.Conclusions:We have achieved good results in the side of treating stubborn postpartum hemorrhage by using misoprostol.
