摘要
二战结束后 ,由于东西方两大阵营间的对峙、冲突 ,日本在美国的扶持下重新恢复了军事机能 ,并不断适应国际形势和国内政治气候的变化 ,先后围绕着日美安保体制和防卫自主性制订了联系防御、专守防卫、综合安全保障等战略。尤其是日美防卫合作新指针出台后 ,在建立新的世界霸权和干涉主义战略推动下 ,日本秉承美国旨意、针对行使“集体自卫权”和将军旗打向海外 ,积极酝酿着先发制人的攻击 ,加快了迈向军事、政治大国的步伐 。
Supported by USA, Japan restored its military strength after the World War II during the Cold War period. Japan has been adjusting its military strategies as international situation and international political atmosphere change. Based on Japan USA Safety System and defense autonomy, several specific military strategies such as co defense with USA and self defense system have been appeared. Helped by USA, Japan has been active in brewing the strategy of attack of preemptive measure so as to establish a new hegemony and strategy of interference. Japan is speeding up to build itself into a military and political world power, which threatens the peace and tranquility of Asia Pacific countries.
