摘要
运用委托 -代理理论的分析思路 ,把国有企业技术人才的逆向选择行为分为三类 ,对这三类逆向选择行为产生的原因进行了分析 ,并提出了一套解决问题的方案。
With the ways of principal-agency theoy,this paper analysed adverse selection behaviors of qualified technicians in state-owned enterprises ,and classified them into three kinds.This paper discussed respectively the reasons that cause the three kinds of adverse selection behaviors,and designed the schemes to reduce the adverse selection behaviors.
