摘要
本文应用统计热力学的方法,考虑到分子和静电作用力的存在,导出了反相离子对色谱中流动相强组分浓度C_B、离子对试剂浓度C_P和离子强度I影响离子对试剂在固定相表面吸附量的基本关系式;在此基础上进一步导出这些参数影响溶质k′值的保留值变化规律式。对于一元有机酸、碱和两性物质,还导出酸度影响这几类溶质k′的关系式。
In this paper,the fundamental elution equation in ion-pair reversed-phase chromatography to describe the effects of concentration of strong solvent,ion-pair reagent and ionic strength in the mobile phase on the retention value has been derived by simultaneously considering the molecular and electrostatic interaction between mobile phase,stationary phase and ionic solute.For the monoatomic acids,bases and amphoteric compounds,the equations to describe the effect of acidity in mobile phase on retention also have been derived.Physico-chemical meanings of parameters in the equation are discussed.
