摘要
我国自从 1995年实施积极财政政策以来 ,取得了一定的效果。面对国际和国内的经济形势 ,原来以国债进行公共投资为主的增支政策力度应减弱。近期财政政策走势为 :一是财政政策的实施对象应包括民间经济 ,二是应启用减税政策 ,三是财政政策的方向和措施应进行调整。
Since the positive finance policy was carried into execution in 1998 in our country,definite effect has been obtained.Faced with the economic situation home and abroad,the original policy power given priority to national debt for the public investment should be reduced.The track of the current finance policy must be:first,the object of the finance policy in practce should include nongovernment economy;second,the reducing tax policy should be brought into effect;third,the direction and treasures of the finance policy should be adjusted.
