This paper presents the determination method of theophylinum by GC with 1.5% OV-17+2% OV-210 as liquid phase and azo-benzene as internal standard.Using NP detector and a column temperature of 2451,the linear range found was 0.25-1.25μg,and the recoveries were more than 97.3%.
