尼龙66纤维高速纺丝研究(Ⅱ)——数学模型的发展

摘要 本文以前文报道的尼龙66高速纺丝的在线直径、温度和双折射的测定结果为依据,对Zieminski提出的结晶高聚物熔融纺丝的数学模型进行了验证,进而对尼龙66高速纺丝的有关表观拉伸粘度、传热系数等材料函数以及结晶特性进行了有益的探讨。结果表明,纺线上实测的直径和温度数据与数学模型预期的结果有很好的相似性,实验中测定的拉伸粘度及热传导系数能更有效地改善数学模型对直径和温度分布预测的准确性。模型预期的双折射数值与纺线上实测的结果有较大的偏差,表明取向情况下结晶动力学的关系式有待于发展和完善。 Comparison of on-spinline measured diameter, temperature and birefringence profiles of Nylon-66 high speed spinning to the mathematical model results developed by Zieminski for melt spinning of crystalline polymers was made. Some impostant material functions, such as elongational viscosity, heat transfer coefficient as well as crystalline property were discussed. The diameters and temperatures measured in the experiment showed good agreement with theoretically predicted profiles, especially after introducing elongational viscosity and heat transfer coefficient obtained from experiment. But the bifringence profiles were different between the measurements in the experiment and the values predicted by the mathematical model. This may be cansed by the incorrect crystallization kinetics ralation used in the present model.
