摘要 本文用广角X衍射(WAXS)方法研究了PBT/PET共聚酯的化学组成与其晶型结构的关系。结果表明:当PBT链节含量很高时,共聚酯具有接近PBT的两种晶型变体,即卷缩形的α晶型和伸展形的β晶型,在外力的作用下,α晶型向β晶型转变。在应力—应变(S—S)曲线上出现平台区域。除去外力,β晶型能在室温下稳定存在。如果PBT链节含量不占优势,则共聚酯的晶型转变消失,在S—s曲线上只出现一个屈服点。 The relationship between composition and crystalline form of PBF/PET copolyester has been studied by the means of wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS). It is shown that the copolyester exists in two crystalline forms, i. e. the relaxed (α) and strained (β) forms,which are similar to those of PBT, and has a plateau region on the stress-strain (S-S) curve whlle the percentage of PBT segment content is very large. Transition from a-form into β-form occurs under applied force. However, β-form exists steadily at room temperature as the applied force removed. On the contrary, if the amount of PBT segment content is relatively small, the copolyestvr has not the crystalline form transition, but, has only one yield point on the S-S curve.
