摘要
劳动关系与劳资关系反映了两种不同体制下的经济关系 ,劳动关系体现的是计划经济体制下的经济关系 ,而劳资关系体现的则是市场经济体制下的经济关系。中国转型期经济关系最显著的特点表现为 ,经济体制的转型不断地推动着劳动关系向劳资关系的转换 ,直接原因是经济体制的改革使经济基础发生了变化从而导致了经济关系的相应变化。相对于农村经济关系 ,城市经济关系的转化要复杂得多 ,这种复杂性可能会导致经济体制的倒退。因此 ,中国市场化改革的首要任务是要调整和理顺人们的社会经济关系。
The Labour Relations and Employee-Employer Relations reflect the economic relations under two different systems. The labour relations embodies the economic relations under the planned economic system while the Employee-Employer Relations embodies the economic relations under the market economic system . The outstanding characteristic of the economic relation in the turning period in China is that the turning of the economic system continuously pushes the labour relations to turn to the Employee-Employer Relations. The direct reason is that the reform of the economic system changes the economic base , thereby resulted in the corresponding economic changes . The change of economic relations , as opposed to the economic relations in the countryside , is much more complicated. This complex may cause the retrogression of the economic system. Therefore , the first task for the reform of the general adoption of the market principle in China is to adjust and harmonize the social economic relations.
