摘要
本文提出了一个定量相分析方法,根据原子的质量吸收系数,计算出试样中各相的质量吸收系数.测量试样中N—1相的衍射线强度和相应的纯物质的衍射线强度,据此建立并求解联立方程,可以得到试样中各物相的重量比.对五个石英和刚玉的混合样品中的刚玉进行测量的结果相对误差在6%以下。
In this paper, a quantitative phase analysis methed is put forward. According to atomic mass absorption coefficients,the mass absorption coefficients of the components of the samle can be calculated. Measure the diffraction intensities of (N-1) components of the sample and the diffraction intensities of corresponding puritys. Establish and solve equations. Then the weight ratios of the components of the sample can be obtained. Five samples mixing quartz and corundum in different proportion are measured. Relative error of the weight ratio of corundum less than 6%.
