摘要
为研究大鼠脑的尾壳核、苍白球和边缘区在出生后的三维立体形态的发育变化规律 ,在脑连续冠状切片的基础上进行Nissl染色 ,然后对脑的整个外轮廓、尾壳核、苍白球和边缘区进行计算机三维重建和数据处理。结果表明 :尾壳核生后 (P0 1~P3 60 )的发育变化 :体积从 (1.40± 0 .2 0 ) mm3到 (4 4 .5 2± 0 .10 ) mm3,最大吻尾径从 3 .1mm到 6.8mm;最大背腹径从 1.5 8mm到5 .0 41mm;最大内外径从 1.0 5 mm到 3 .64 1mm。苍白球生后 (P0 1~P3 60 )的发育变化 :体积从 (0 .2 5± 0 .0 2 ) mm3到 (4 .84± 0 .0 8)mm3,最大吻尾径从 1.0 mm到 3 .3 mm;最大背腹径从 1.175 mm到 2 .5 5 1mm;最大内外径从 0 .80 5 mm到 1.5 98mm。边缘区生后 (P0 1~ P3 60 )的发育变化 :体积从 (0 .0 3 0 0 2± 0 .0 0 3 6) mm3到 (0 .5 6± 0 .0 1) mm3,最大吻尾径从 0 .8mm到 1.76mm;最大背腹径从 1.15 6mm到 2 .3 60 mm;最大内外径从 0 .0 65 mm到 0 .185 mm。提示 ,在生后一年中 ,尾壳核、苍白球和边缘区的形态基本未发生明显变化 。
To comparatively study the postnatal development of three dimensional organization of caudate putamen, marginal division and globus pallidus, from birth to postnatal 1 year. Three dimensional organization and postnatal development of the rat caudate putamen, globus pallidus and marginal division was studied with Nissl staining and computer 3D reconstruction technique after serial brain sectioning. The postnatal development of caudate putamen from birth (P01) to the postnatal 1 year (P360) was as follows. The volume was changed from (1.40±0.20)mm 3 to (44.52±0.10)mm 3. Its longest rostrocaudal axis was changed from 3.1 mm to 6.8 mm. Its longest dorsoventral axis was changed from 1.58 mm to 5.04 mm. Its widest axis (the diameter at lateral medial coronal brain section) was changed from 1.05 mm to 3.64 mm. The postnatal development of globus pallidus from birth (P01) to the postnatal 1 year (P360) was as follows. The volume was changed from (0.25±0.02)mm 3 to (4.84±0.08)mm 3. Its longest rostrocaudal axis was changed from 1.0 mm to 3.3 mm. Its longest dorsoventral axis was changed from 1.18 mm to 2.55 mm. Its widest axis was changed from 0.81 mm to 1.60 mm. The postnatal development of marginal division from birth (P01) to the postnatal 1 year (P360) was as follows. The volume was changed from (0.03±0.0036)mm 3 to (0.56±0.01)mm 3. Its longest rostrocaudal axis was changed from 0.80 mm to 1.76 mm. Its longest dorsoventral axis was changed from 1.16 mm to 2.36 mm. Its widest axis was changed from 0.07 mm to 0.19 mm. The above results indicate that the basic organization of the caudate putamen, marginal division and globus pallidus has not changed from birth to the postnatal 1 year and it has presented equal development at all directions.
