摘要 从土壤样品中富集、筛选和纯化获得了 3株能产生乳酸氧化酶的菌株 ,其中SM 10 #菌株的产酶活力最高 ,经初步鉴定 ,该菌株属腐生葡萄球菌 (Staphylococcussaprophyticus) .对SM 10 #菌株还进行了破壁条件的优化、生长曲线的分析和酶液稳定性研究 ,并初步探讨了其酶液的底物转化效率 ,4h最高转化率达到 80 % ,该研究结果为将这种有价值的酶源推向生产打下了基础 .图 6表 3参 Three strains that can produce lactate oxidase were screened and isolated from many soil samples. Strain SM-10#, which showed the highest activity among the three strains, was chosen as the enzyme source for further research and preliminarily identified as Staphylococcus saprophyticus . Cell disruption, growth curve, stability of crude enzyme and the rate of transforming lactate into pyruvate were studied, respectively. The best transforming rate could reach 80% in 4 h. These results will effectively promote and scale up pyruvate production by the valuable biotransformation. Fig 6, Tab 3, Ref 10
