摘要
对Al 5Zn 0 .0 5In 0 .1Sn 1Mg合金牺牲阳极进行 5 10℃× 10h的固溶处理 ,测定了未经固溶处理和经固溶处理的阳极在 2 0℃和 6 5℃ 30 g/L的溶液中的电化学性能 ,并进行交流阻抗测试 .结果表明 :温度升高 ,铝阳极电化学性能和溶解性能变差 ;固溶处理对阳极性能改善有利 ;高温下 ,铝阳极晶粒脱落和析氢自腐蚀更剧烈导致阳极电流效率下降 .
Al 5Zn 0.05In 0.1Sn 1Mg alloy anodes are solution treated at 510?℃ for 10?h. At the temperature of 20?℃ and 65?℃, the electrochemical performance of the treated and untreated anodes are studied in a 30?g/L NaCl solution. The effect of EIS on the anodes is studied. The results show that with the temperature increase, the anodes′ electrochemical performance is damaged and the dissolution characteristic becomes uneven, solution treatment is benefit for improving anodes′ performance. At higher temperature, grains are falling and hydrogen evolution is aggravated so that the performance of aluminum anodes become less satisfactory.
